Unobstructed circulation and rooms allow for occupants to fully utilize the entire house.
Commodity 3 - Functionality
One of a buildings greatest assets is its functionality. Functionality is demonstrated with great effect here in Balnarring Beach House: double access to the building, deck can be accessed from both bodies of the building; study 'nook' maintains circulation through building when in use, storage throughout house, large rooms, private breakfast table & private balconies.
