Project: Balnarring Beach House
Client: Tony Isaacson & Megan Davies
Location: Mason Smith Road, Balnarring Beach, Victoria, Australia.
Introduction:
Built in 1996 Balnarring Beach House is situated an hour’s drive south of central Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula 1. The site itself sits with in a 100m of Balnarring Beach, protected on all sides by dense vegetation and trees and offer privacy from neighboring properties. The house is a two bedroom, open plan; split level weekend retreat, a place for to relax and “run the dogs along the beach”2.
